Refund policy

At SOHANA, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you wish to return or exchange a product, please review the policy below.

 

General Return/Exchange Guidelines

  • You must formally contact us via email at info@sohanaparis.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
  • All return/exchange requests will be treated as refunds. Once we receive the item and process the refund, you can place a new order for the desired product.

Conditions for Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Returned within 7 days of delivery and received by us within 14 days.
  • Unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.
  • All original tags (if any) must still be attached.
  • Packaging must be in original condition, with adequate protection during return transit.
  • Use a trackable and registered postal method.
  • A Return Authorisation Form will be required and provided upon approval of your request.
  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Full refunds will not be issued for goods received back in damaged condition due to inadequate packaging.

Important Notes

  • No returns will be accepted beyond the stated timelines.
  • You are responsible for damage that occurs during return shipping due to poor packaging.
  • SOHANA will not engage in further communication for returns outside the allowable time frame.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you must:

  1. Lodge a claim via email at info@sohanaparis.com within 7 days of receipt.
  2. Include photo proof of the damage/fault.
  3. If approved, return the item(s) to SOHANA within 14 days of receipt.

Note: Returns will not be accepted if the product has been opened or used, or if timelines are not followed.

Incorrect Products

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item:

  • Please do not open the product.
  • Contact us immediately at info@sohanaparis.com.
  • We will send you a Reply‑Paid return address and dispatch the correct item.

Opened products, even if incorrectly sent, are not eligible for return.
